detox
A three day detox program is an ideal
opportunity for a long weekend break or for somebody
who
likes to get first hand experience about how it all works.
A three
day detox program does not have the full benefit of longer
programs; however it gives
you the
experience and better understanding of a longer program.
Make sure that you arrive on the first day in
the morning and on the last day leaving in the
evening to be
able to make best use of the stay.
With a short program like
this it is very important for a good nutritional preparation
so that the 3 days at Ban Sabai can be fully utilised for the
program.
